Offerings
I offer 60- and 90-minute sessions to adults in North Carolina and Washington State. Prior to scheduling a first session, I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation to connect and see if we might be a good fit.
My practice is entirely virtual, a decision I made to offer flexibility, comfort, and easy access to those I serve. Though I am based in Western North Carolina, I lived for years in Seattle and maintain close ties to the state.
Insurance
North Carolina
I am not currently paneled with any insurance providers. However, I can provide a monthly statement (a “superbill”) for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please carefully check the details of your coverage.
Washington State
I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Premera, and Lifewise.

Crisis Care
I do not provide 24/7 on-call services. If experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact North Carolina crisis lines or Washington State crisis lines.
